Terms and Conditions

We design, build and host websites for the Client. Each site is built on and hosted via Base44 (base44.com), a third-party platform. The service includes:

• Custom design and build of the Client's site.
• Ongoing hosting via Base44 for the duration of the subscription.
• Reasonable content updates during the subscription period.

Our service is a single package:

• €997 one-off build fee, payable on sign-up before work begins.
• €59 per month ongoing, covering hosting, maintenance and reasonable content updates.

Payment is taken via Stripe. The monthly fee is billed in advance from the date the site goes live. If a monthly payment fails and is not resolved within 14 days, we may suspend the live site until the account is brought current. Prices may change with 30 days' written notice.

The Client owns their domain name at all times.

• If the Client already owns the domain, we configure it to point at the hosted site.
• If we register the domain on the Client's behalf, it is registered in the Client's name (or transferred to them on request) and remains theirs whether or not the subscription continues.

The Client is responsible for renewing their domain registration unless we have explicitly agreed to manage it.

The site is hosted on Base44. This is important:

• The site is only live while the subscription is active and the Base44 project is running.
• If the subscription ends, the live site will go offline.
• Base44 controls uptime, security and infrastructure. We are not liable for outages, data loss or downtime caused by Base44 or any other third-party service.
• On cancellation, we will, where Base44 makes it technically possible, provide an export of the Client's content (text, images, structured data) within 30 days of request.

• Client content (logos, photos, copy, branding) remains owned by the Client. By providing it to us, the Client confirms they have the rights to use it and grants us permission to use it to build and host the site.
• Site design, code and build are produced by us and delivered as a hosted service. While the subscription is active, the Client has a non-exclusive licence to use the site as delivered. The underlying design system, components and code are not transferred to the Client.

Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice (email is acceptable). On cancellation:

• The live site will be taken offline at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are issued for any unused portion of a prepaid period.
• The Client's domain remains theirs and will be released or transferred on request.

We may terminate immediately for non-payment, abusive behaviour, or use of the site for illegal content.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
