Sandsy AI is a web design business operated as a sole trader, registered in Ireland. We build and maintain websites for racehorse trainers and equine businesses.

When you purchase through our Stripe payment link, Stripe collects your name, email address, billing address, and payment details. We receive a notification of your purchase but do not store your card details — these are handled entirely by Stripe.

We may collect your name and email address if you contact us directly.

• To issue invoices and maintain financial records as required by Irish law

We process your data under Article 6(1)(b) — performance of a contract — and Article 6(1)(c) — compliance with a legal obligation (Revenue Ireland record-keeping requirements).

• Base44 — website hosting and infrastructure
• Cloudinary — media hosting

We do not sell your data to any third party.

We retain financial records for 6 years as required by Irish Revenue. Other personal data is deleted when no longer needed.
